The general IP Community is hereby informed that the Nigerian Trademark Registry has published two Trademark Journals with the details below for opposition purposes:
- VOL. 1, NO. 3 ONLINE/PRE-IPAS OF OCTOBER 18, 2024
- VOL. 1 NO. 4 ONLINE OF OCTOBER 25, 2024.
The deadlines for filing possible oppositions base on the Journals are December 18, 2024 and December 25, 2024. As part of our IP watch services, we assist clients in monitoring every published journal for potential trademark infringements and opposition action that may arise from the publications.
